Berikut adalah Hasil MotoGP Estoril Portugal 2012 pada sesi latihan yang digelar Tanggal 4 Mei 2012 dimana Latihan Bebas 1 digelar pukul 16:10-16:55 WIB dan Latihan Bebas 2 pada pukul 20:10-20:55 WIB.

Pada Latihan Bebas 1 di Sirkuit Estoril ini Bens Spies menunjukkan superiornya mesin M1 dengan mampu mencatat waktu tercepat 1 menit 40.813 detik. Terbaik ke-2 ada Nicky Hayden dan di posisi ke-3 ada Valentino Rossi yang hampir menyamai waktu Hayden.

Latihan yang dimulai jumat ini berlangsung dihari dimana Jorge Lorenzo Berulang tahun ke-27. Lorenzo sendiri tidak begitu memaksakan dirinya di hari ulang tahunnya.
